Hi! I’m Emma
I'm a multidisciplinary digital designer working across UX, visual design and e-commerce. My experience spans user research, digital product design, brand communication and online retail, giving me the opportunity to approach projects from both a creative and practical perspective. I've worked with international teams and markets, combining an eye for aesthetics with an understanding of user needs, business goals and what makes a digital experience work.
Professional experience
The Winesaver | Head Digital Designer
Berlin | 2025 - Present
For The Winesaver, I have taken ownership of developing its digital presence from the ground up, combining visual design, e-commerce and digital marketing. I developed the brand's visual identity and designed and built its website and online shop, while also creating product listings for marketplaces such as bol.com. Beyond the design itself, I manage social media content and digital advertising across Google and Meta, bringing together brand consistency, customer experience and commercial objectives. This experience has allowed me to take a project from initial concept through to implementation, while gaining a broader understanding of how design supports a growing business.

Temu | UX Researcher & Marketing Designer
Madrid & Berlin | 2023 - Present
At Temu, I work across UX research, visual design and market localisation, helping shape the platform's experience for Norwegian consumers. My role involves exploring local shopping behaviours, identifying user needs and pain points, and translating research insights into practical recommendations for the product experience. I also contribute to visual and marketing materials, as well as localised content, working closely with international teams to ensure that both the platform and its communication feel relevant to the local market. My responsibilities have evolved over time, giving me the opportunity to work across both the research and creative sides of digital product development.

At Mediaset España, I gained experience working as a junior within their large digital media organisation, Megamedia. I contributed to UX/UI and digital design projects across different platforms. My approach
Every project starts with a question, an idea or a problem worth exploring. I believe good design comes from understanding the bigger picture before jumping into the details. I like to combine research, creative exploration and practical thinking, balancing how something looks with how it works and the people it's designed for.
My approach is curious, considered and adaptable. Whether I'm working on a digital product, a visual identity or an e-commerce experience, I enjoy exploring possibilities, challenging initial ideas and finding solutions that feel both purposeful and engaging.
Discover & understand
Before jumping into ideas, I like to understand what I'm working with. I look at the people, the market and the bigger picture, ask questions and try to get to the root of the problem. I'm interested in the little insights that might otherwise be overlooked, because they can often lead to the most interesting ideas.
Explore possibilities
This is where I let my creative side take over a little. I enjoy collecting inspiration, playing with visual directions, putting ideas together and seeing where they lead. I like experimenting before settling on a direction, whether that's through a moodboard, a rough sketch or simply trying something different.
Bring ideas to life
Once I have a direction, I enjoy getting hands-on and turning ideas into something real. This could mean shaping a visual identity, designing an interface, building an online shop or working on the details of a digital experience. I like seeing how all the different pieces come together, making sure the result feels considered as well as functional.
Refine & Deliver
I'm quite detail-oriented, so I rarely consider something finished just because it looks good. I like stepping back, looking at things from a different perspective, taking feedback on board and making adjustments where needed. Sometimes the smallest changes make the biggest difference, and I enjoy that part of the process just as much as the initial creative work.
